SLEEVE – With arm bent and hand on hip, place tape at the centre of the neck and follow along the shoulder to arm and wrist.

CHEST – With arms at side measure under arms and around the fullest part of chest and across the shoulder blades.

WAIST –  Find the natural crease of your body by bending to one side. Run tape around your natural waist line keeping one finger inside the tape.
